Ivan did an outstanding job on my neck. I had been experiencing a great deal of pain for about two months. After one session with Ivan, my neck felt much better after a day and a half, and after my second session, it was pain-free. Thank you so much, Ivan!

Highly recommended. Physiotherapist Ivan Llanto is knowledgeable on his field. He shows concern towards his patient and goes beyond what is expected compared to other therapists we tried outside of Prohealth.

Prohealth has helped me recover from my shoulder injury and knee pain. Through the help of Ivan, an professional physiotherapist, I have never felt better. He developed a rigid rehab plan, taught me the right posture and implement home exercises. I would truly recommend Prohealth to individuals who are active in sports and those recovering from injuries.
Tell us about your background in Physiotherapy.
Graduated from the University of the Philippines – Manila. Prior to joining Prohealth Sports and Spinal Physiotherapy Centres, I was part of the pioneering team of physiotherapists in one of the premier tertiary hospitals in the country, where I learned to provide, not only great patient experience, but excellent patient care on the cases I practiced on.
What are your interests?
Dogs and cooking.
Tell us about a life-changing experience or adventures you’ve been on.
Taking that incredibly frightful leap of faith out of my comfort zone. It was in those three instances in 2018 that made me realize that, indeed, there is life outside of your box, and that it is good, and that it has much to offer. All I really needed to do was trust, and jump!
What is your area of expertise?
Occupational injuries, particularly spinal pain and postural imbalances.
What is the most fulfilling part of the job?
Seeing your patient smile again after executing a full squat or overhead reach without any pain. Helping them overcome their movement limitations, and sending them back fully functional and pain-free makes this job well worth it.
